Manuel Adorni warned of the stakes in the city: "Either the libertarian model spreads or Kirchnerism returns."

Presidential spokesman and candidate for Buenos Aires City legislature Manuel Adorni stated that what's at stake this Sunday in the city is more than just a legislative seat. " Either the libertarian model spreads or Kirchnerism returns ," he stated in an interview with A24. For him, it's about replicating what Javier Milei is promoting nationwide in as many districts as possible, including the City of Buenos Aires.
“No one in their right mind can enjoy the campaign ,” said Adorni , describing the weariness he's experiencing during this stage. He admitted to being tired, but affirmed that his campaign isn't responding to old politics, but rather to a “battle of ideas” they've been waging for more than a decade.
When asked why Javier Milei became directly involved in his candidacy, Adorni explained: "He chose me because he believes I'm fundamental to his agenda. We share 100% of the same ideas." He emphasized that Milei supports those who share his vision for the country and doesn't hesitate to publicly demonstrate this.
During a recent event, Manuel Adorni was accompanied by the entire cabinet. He said he wasn't surprised by this image because, according to him, they work as a true team. "What you saw was the cabinet. And that cabinet is a working team," he affirmed. Unlike previous administrations, he asserted that this administration has a clear direction and a united structure.
He also emphasized that those who don't share the presidential agenda are no longer part of the team. "The President has complete confidence. When things haven't happened, he's asked for resignations," he stated, marking a difference with other administrations. Finally, he spoke about the atmosphere during the event: "There were happy people, happy ministers, the President was smiling. We know where we're going. We're tired, yes, but happy with what we're doing ."
